The future of Automobile "Intelligent Manufacturing" has come after the rapid development of the automobile industry, and ushered in a new round of great changes.  With the rapid development of the new four modernizations and the demand for "intelligent" manufacturing upgrading in the era of Industry 4.0, how will cars be developed in the future, and what innovative products will be produced by the emergence of black technology and new materials?  AMTS 2019 was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from July 3-6.  By summarizing the technical highlights displayed by some exhibitors, we can see that automation and intelligence have become the general trend of the development of automobile manufacturing industry. 

1, Solid: the first introduction of intelligent welding clamp concept and products

In this exhibition, The company launched the intelligent welding clamp and SCADA monitoring system based on the concept of industry 4.0. 

The exhibition will be held with a new brand image, together with well-known German brands such as Harms&Wende&CoKG, BrauerSystemtechnik and RoboticSolutions.  Advanced welding system equipment and related products such as intelligent welding pliers and SCADA monitoring system, Uniline series automatic welding pliers, Compactline series automatic welding pliers, electrode cap repairers that can automatically change caps and repair grinding, and robot pipeline package protective materials were mainly displayed 

22. Festo: Efficient, flexible and intelligent

With many typical products and technology applications suitable for the automotive industry, Festo will participate in the exhibition, fully displaying flexible production, the latest digital products and innovative solutions for the automotive industry, helping the automobile manufacturing equipment technology to achieve high efficiency, flexibility and intelligence.  

At this AMTS exhibition, Festo pneumatic servo balance crane kit YHBP was launched in China.  Thanks to the improvement of working efficiency brought by ergonomics of pneumatic servo balance crane, operators can lift and move heavy objects easily with just a move of fingers.  The biggest advantage of this system is adaptability, it can automatically detect the load weight, and has extremely fast response and evaluation speed for each change.  

Also debuting is the Festo CTLF clamping cylinder.  Compared to other brands, Festo CTLF clamp cylinder has a smaller overall size and lighter weight.  The clamping cylinder of the same cylinder diameter, but the clamping force is larger, which also benefits from the strength of each internal part has been specially processed and designed.  

At the same time, Festo also showcases the new positioning function of Festo VTSA valve island, digital control terminal VTEM of Festo digital innovation product,  Seamless upgrade, one-step, cloud-connected digital product Wall and innovative energy saving solution MSE6-E2M are Festo's latest digital products and solutions for the automotive equipment industry. 

Siemens: Creating the "transparent" factory of the future

At this exhibition, Siemens demonstrated a series of new technologies such as medium and low voltage power distribution, digitalization of drive technology, battery manufacturing, industrial real-time positioning, low voltage control industry and solutions, and MindSphere.

Among them, the real-time positioning system can provide flexible and extensible positioning solutions for digital factories, provide precise positioning data and linkage work with the upper system, and empower the innovative, self-organized intelligent factory manufacturing and production concept.  Whole-process positioning systems can create future "transparent" factories, and flexible extensible positioning platforms based on simple architecture networks can serve a variety of application scenarios. 

TOX: Intelligent assembly and cold pressure connection technology for auto parts

Automatic and intelligent efficient production not only needs high-tech technical support, but also needs excellent hardware and software foundation.  With the theme of "automation, Intelligence, Networking and flexibility", TOX Germany brought two exhibits at this exhibition: auto parts cold pressing connection robot workstation and automatic intelligent networking assembly line.  

Among them, the auto parts cold press connection robot workstation displays a variety of cold press processes and technologies such as TOX® -Clinching, TOX® -SPR riveting, TOX® -functional parts pressing, and TOX® -online punching technology, providing a full set of solutions for the production and manufacturing of mixed material body and its parts. 

5. Coma: Electric vehicles and digital system solutions debut

Coma showcased its range of products and system solutions in electric vehicles and digital production.  

In the field of electric vehicles, Coma integrates standardized, modular, scalable flexible solutions and coma battery module high-speed processing units.  In addition to new energy system solutions, Coma also exhibited its outstanding digital solutions - digital platforms in.Grid MES and In.Grid IoT.  In.Grid MES is a factory information system that enables users to obtain a wide range of production data in real time, from raw material acceptance to finished product shipment.  

In addition, the coma Smart flexible laser welding station on display is coma's new generation of battery laser welding system solution.  Comar's smart press in AMTS 2019 is also eye-catching.  At the same time, Kema also brings the latest AR solution, Kema AR solution has two major demonstration functions: laser welding station demonstration and virtual welding station demonstration.  Coma robots and automated products such as the muscle-assisted exoskeleton MATE and the intelligent education robot E.Do also made a prominent appearance at AMTS 2019. 

6, Isla vision: high precision, high speed, high flexibility

Isla Vision is a solution provider in the field of machine vision and industrial image processing.  The next generation of 3D scanning measurements, combined with multi-vision technology, will be showcased.

Nikon instrument: the latest automatic 3D monitoring black technology  

At this show, Nikon Instruments brings the latest technology to the automotive industry:  

1) Fully automatic 3D detection Laser radar system  

This system can automatically detect the 3d dimensions of body in white, and its efficiency is several times that of cantilever CMM.  Detection range from 2 meters to 50 meters, accuracy comparable to contact CMM.  There are no special requirements for surface material and color.  It is the latest choice for on-line measurement of body-in-white in automobile industry.  

2) Portable laser 3D Scanning system (MCAx)

The MCAx joint arm laser scanning system can quickly and accurately measure the dimensions and 3d contours of various auto parts.  This portable and easy to use 7-axis measuring system greatly improves productivity and is ideal for use on the shop floor.  Thanks to Nikon's optical technology, the Nikon MCAx can easily detect highly reflective parts and parts edges that are difficult to detect with conventional laser probes.  

3) NDT industrial CT system  

For the external 3D inspection of the product, we have laser probe, so how to detect the internal defects and 3d dimensions of the product?  Nikon can provide industrial CT NDT systems equipped with microfocus X-ray sources to detect internal defects and 3d dimensions of various products. 

9. SKF: Four new technologies unveiled

In this exhibition, Shi Point intelligent technology showed a direct reduction of industrial management system.  Shipoint Intelligent Technology is committed to using self-developed software, hardware, cloud computing and other new technologies to effectively build the closed-loop ecosystem required by the industry 4.0 system.

12, Pentium laser: THREE-DIMENSIONAL five-axis fiber laser cutting machine
